The Director of Engineering is responsible for the development and launch of product; ensuring facilities, equipment and maintenance support daily production needs; facilitation of product warranty; and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Electronics Engineer (Springfield MO)
Primary Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for new product development. Position will be responsible for creating/approving/executing product launch plan. Responsible for determining product feasibility from both an engineering and business perspective. They will also ensure best practice and proper engineering procedures are followed for new and existing product. They will be required to work with several departments and groups to develop a strategic plan to achieve the desired results. This person should be goal oriented and a self-starter with high technical aptitude. They must also possess good computer and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members.
Internal Excel Analyst (Springfield MO)
The Accounting Department is pleased to announce an internal opportunity for a Temporary Part-Time Excel Analyst. This role is expected to last approximately six months, with a weekly commitment of 20-30 hours. The selected candidate will continue to work the remaining hours of their regular schedule within their current home department.
Material Handler -2nd shift (Springfield MO)
As a Material Handler you will receive, store, ship, and issue materials, equipment and other items from the warehouse or storage yard using all varieties of forklifts and load handling equipment. You will keep records and compile inventory and stock data. You will load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse or production facility. You will pull orders together and assemble them for shipment to customers and distribution centers. You will use banding and wrapping machines. You will pick and distribute material to the production areas. Some packaging and unpackaging will be required. You will use bar code readers, computer terminals and other electronic devices to track product. You will work with the safety department to ensure all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies requirements are met, OSHA 1910, NFPA, DNR. You will work with the quality department to ensure all quality standards are met.
Product Engineering Tech 2 (Springfield MO)
This position will be responsible for taking an assigned projects/tasks and following them through to completion. The primary focus will be supporting existing product. This will require the individual to work with various departments and groups to develop a strategic plan to achieve the desired results. This person should be goal oriented and a self-starter with technical aptitude. They must also possess good computer and communication skills.

The Scheduler is for establishing weekly and monthly production schedules that can be achieved; ensuring that material is available for production and providing finished product meeting the customer's order and delivery requirements.
